“Rather disappointing. It was basically all right for the first 3 times. I have been using it for about 20 times now. Most of the times the reel failed to retract smoothly and would stop easily half way through no matter how I adjusted the position of the reel and the length of the reel. I just tested it for 4 times, it was never be able to retract totally, leaving about 2-3 feet of the reel outside as counted from the stop mark. Every time it required me to pull out the reel about half or more of the total length before it would retract automatically.Am I the unlucky one to have ordered a problematic product of this model?”

“Ordered two 20 meter hose reels over a month ago, contacted them regarding not yet received products after two weeks. Was told it will be coming within seven days another two weeks later still haven’t received it.No further correspondence explaining late delivery just blaming it on Australia Post. Never had this problem with other online purchases from other companies. Blaming it on Australian Post is lazy. Take more responsibility. Maybe need to change your delivery contract. Hard to review review a product when after one month and you still haven’t received it”
