“I brought this product for my mother. It’s easy for her to pull out and have reel in but unfortunately the spray nozzle attachment is not useable for her. It requires strength in her thumbs which she does have due to arthritis. So we had to put her existing old squeeze nozzle on instead.”

“I have owned various sizes of hoselink reels since they first came On the market, all still in use and working perfectly. All that’s ever needed replacing is a lost o ring. I love the new charcoal colour, blends into background better & the newest sprayers with the plastic sliding lever rather than metal squeeze handle is much more user friendly. “Why buy anything else? “ as the saying goes.”
“Rather disappointing. It was basically all right for the first 3 times. I have been using it for about 20 times now. Most of the times the reel failed to retract smoothly and would stop easily half way through no matter how I adjusted the position of the reel and the length of the reel. I just tested it for 4 times, it was never be able to retract totally, leaving about 2-3 feet of the reel outside as counted from the stop mark. Every time it required me to pull out the reel about half or more of the total length before it would retract automatically.Am I the unlucky one to have ordered a problematic product of this model?”
