Hi Julie, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry to hear you are finding that the water pressure is not helped due to the design of the spray nozzle included. Due to the design of hose reels in general, you will find there is a drop in pressure compared to a standard hose. This is because with a standard hose, the water flows straight through the hose. Whereas with a hose reel, the water has to travel up the leader hose, through the system and then out at the spray gun. With the water direction changes internally, this does affect the water pressure output.Of course, if you are finding the pressure to not be strong enough with your hose reel, we can definitely chat and have a look at options available. “This hose reel and hose is beautifully made and the quality is obvious. The reel is streamlined and very strong. The hose is made with a substance that doesn’t curl which is a major plus as that can drive me crazy. The hose nozzle has a number of valves for regulating the flow of water which really impressed my plumber husband. The nozzle can be used without having to constantly press the button which is great because my hands get sore after a while if I have to press the on valve. I’m just so impressed. It was well worth the money and a constant pleasure to use.”
