Therefore, when our hose reel in the front garden decided to constantly jam, we spent the money to buy our second reel. This was not done lightly as we live on an aged pension! “Hi, have just installed our beautiful new hoselink retractable hose reel, but there is a problem: the hose will not retract. I pulled it out a bit but it would not continue to move. And it not go back in as intended. When I looked into the opening for the hose reel, I noticed a black pulley on the right hand side as you look at it. This pulley is loose and I assume has detached itself from a wheel - probably during shipment. I cannot open the case of the hose reel. Please advise.Many thanks Brian Thompson”
