“Love it…..but. When the hose is fully extended and it’s timeto retract, it doesn’t go all the way back in. It leaves about aMeter hanging out. Annoying having to pull out again and start again to rewind.”

“All up I have purchased 6 retractable hoses. First 2 I left at my previous residence. The next 2 I purchased for my new residence and the last 2 purchased as a gift for my son after watching him struggle with a hose reel so he won't have that drama anymore. Just waiting on their delivery. Also purchased gutter cleaner and long extension turbo washer. Guess it speaks for itself if they were not any good I would not keep buying them”
