“Once again the Hoselink product is a winner. I always promote Hoselink products to my friends and other people…..quality is the key.I was unable to use my pressure cleaner though until I obtain the correct fitting from my hose reel to the pressure cleaner.”
“Back in March last year we ordered five hose reel units, 2/30m and 3/25m they have worked trouble free and the retraction of the hose on the units one for the extended is brilliant they are strong and durable . Last month however we noticed a leak coming from the bottom of one of the units so I took off the cover took a photo and sent it back to house link asking them how I could possibly repair . They informed me that I couldn’t and promptly sent me a brand new unit and pay the postage . I must say I have not experienced such great customer service in the past I highly recommend this product and the after sales team . I would like to add it takes a little bit to get used to the different fittings and if purchasing this product I would suggest that you get the all purpose adapter for the end of the hose so you can use this with other fittings, but using this is as simple as a twist of the wrist you don’t have to screw it on one with all the fittings it’s literally a plug and quarter turn can’t speak highly enough about my experience with hoselink”
“Absolutely love them have bought four for my children and two formyself. They adore theirs as do I but…. The last one I bought recently has a broken fitting the piece that at the end of the fittings closest to the reel has broken away from the twist and lock fitting it still works but its free to slide up and down the hose. The other problem I have is on the spray heD I cant push the on off controller as I have arthric thumbs and fingers so I have to use the waterflow bigger lever. But dont let this put anyone off cause they are just the best outpasses all others Carol”
“We purchased a hoselink mid 2021. We used it for a couple of months before it started leaking internally and the nozzle broke. We contacted hoselink regarding the fault hoping to send ours back for repair. The customer service was amazing!!! The contacted me less than 48 hours later and organised a brand new replacement which I received within days. Overall I am really impressed with the quality of both product and customer service. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and have no concerns recommending hoselink to anyone.”
