“Product arrived ahead of advised ETA and in good condition. ( Disappointed to see that polystyrene was used for some of the packaging) Mounting was straight forward and connection was a breeze as hose was supplied with Hoselink proprietary fittings which in my experience are the best you can buy. The retractable hose itself works well and retracts after a gentle tug. Having watched Hoselinks tutorial video I followed the advise and turned off the water and expelled water in the hose before retracting and found that retraction is much smoother. Overall very happy with the quality of this product. My only regret is that I did not order the reel cover to keep the spiders and bugs out at time of purchase.”
“I have two of these and they both are so easy to use, ruggedly built and work brilliantly. Now the first i bought had a wonderful hand-gun nozzle. When i bought a second several months later the hand-gun was faulty. it was replavced withmout an issue and sent for of charge. You wouldn’t believe it, it has the same issue - only some of the watering settings work well.”
“I’ve been using Hoselink products for over 10yrs, that is not to say I’ve had to replace them repeatedly. Far from it. We’re bought and sold houses over the years and have replaced lower quality hose connections and reels in each of these houses. Its feature in your garden to have quality products as additional selling point. Plus as caravanning enthusiasts we have found that using hoseLink connector and hoses, we’ve been able to do the loop several times around around without a hiccup. Except for this one time, when my husband accidentally left a connector at a caravan park in outback Aussie land. But thanks to Hoselink they send another one to the next town we were expected at.
