“I’m disappointed in this reel as it was a replacement after moving house and we gifted the old one to the new owners. The first original reel and nozzle were faultless yet this reel frequently jams during the last 2-5 metres when retracting and the new design of the nozzle includes a plastic trigger that has popped off the handle rendering it unusable. Sadly a drop in quality since the original.”
