The retractable reel struggles for the last metre or two of hose requiring frequent pulls back and forth to eventually get it to fully retract. The sprayer has also been a let down as the flow controller is plastic and the pin has stiffened and now the lever pops off the plastic mount. Very disappointing quality form a brand I used to rate highly.”
