“This is the 5th 30 m retractable hose I have bought. They all perform wonderfully, continuing to retract easily and no deterioration of the hose. As we are on acreage they have been very useful. But the new nozzle of this Grey version is not practical, it doesn’t have a lever to control the water so makes it very difficult to adjust water flow. The on off switch needs two hands to turn or the one on the nozzle itself can be moved with the thumb but this is difficult when one doesn’t have enough hand strength. I therefore recommend the hoses but not this nozzle design.”
