“Few things guys:1) Product itself thus far has been quite good. Seems like it’s durable however the flow of water is lower than our previous reel.2) the screws it came with may as well have been plastic. They were absolute trash and that’s where they ended up. A 5 min job into a timber post ended up being an hour long job via Bunnings for a pack of $3.00 screws that could handle being breathed on without withering away.3) regarding the tap connectors, I had 6m so I had to buy a 1.5 and a 5m extension. If the product team are looking into more options, that would be handy”
“Unfortunately it arrived broken. It was an internalPlastic fantastic part. But the follow from my initial call with Megan was great. Returned email then confirmation a new one was on its way. I would be keen to complete another review when the new one arrives and I can water my veggies with out Mamma bear tangling the hose. Maybe I should call her tangles. All good and stay tuned.”
