“This is our second 30m hose. We have had our first one for over 10 years and it is still 100% functional and reliable to use daily. We decided to purchase a second one but opted for the charcoal colour to match our house trim. Love the Hoselink products.”
“Well I still haven’t received the new reel. We were happy with our previous reel until the pressure dropped and we couldn’t use the sprinkler as the pressure was too low. After exhausting all avenues we decided there must have been something wrong on the internal connection. After speaking to someone at your company and told it couldn’t be fixed we had no option but to purchase a new reel. I would have thought that it should have lasted more than 3 1/2 years. So I guess I am disappointed with the quality. If our new reel does the same thing we won’t bother buying another one.”

“Product is easy to use, set up and does the job required. Would have liked it to have included an adaptor so could still use things like sprinklers, gurney etc. I feel for the price this is something that should receive in the pack. I have now had to purchase and pay shipping which is a little annoying as assumed it would include.”
“After so many hoses that tangle up, kink, burst or hose reels that stop winding up and the mess lying on the ground invested in my first ever Hoselink. So far I’m loving it, the nozzle is comfortable to hold and like that I don’t have to hold a trigger. Like that I can turn off the water at the hose connection as well. .. very easy to walk the hose back.”
