“I have had a few retractable hose reels over the years of varying brands, most of which failed within the first few months of use, either internal hose connections failing rendering it useless, or the retractable function breaking. I have had my Hose link reel for six months now and I must say it is still like new, all functions are working great, and no items have failed. The accessories that I bought with it work fantastic and the connectors are solid. I particularly love the shutoff level on the connector allowing you to change the accessories without having to turn the hose off at the tap.
