“The actual hose unit is great. What lets it down is the screws provided with it to fix to the walls. The quality of the metal is poor and I had multiple screws strip out the Phillips connection and it could not advance or retrieve the screw. This resulted in a poor fixation to the wall and I had to source other screw bit. Hoselink is a premium price and brand and the fixation method is letting it down. I was also disappointed to see a free connection pack promotion being provided after I orders my 25 and 30m reels. I would have loved to received one of them also with my order.”

We do provide hardware packs, if needed and we recommend customers contact us so that we can have a replacement hardware pack sent out if needed.We do test our products during the manufacturing process and after. We also take pride in the quality of our products. In regards to the promotion we had, we do have different promotions throughout the year, and at the time of your order, we did not have one. As you can understand, we cannot backdate promotions, but I can understand that this might have been disappointing to miss.
