4.7 Rating 1,165 Reviews
Very good customer service. After almost 12 months after purchase the reel became detached. I contacted hose link support who were extremely helpful. They replaced the whole hose and reel with a new one with no extra charge and very quickly. Would definitely recommend this company.

It is a good product. It will help metal pole for hose deep 30 metres to be longer. As per you installation instructions 250 mm to cover with concrete. It will be stronger 300 mm for 30 meters hose because it heavier than 20 meters hose .

I tried a cheaper option and Hozelock, all failed before long and wouldnt retract! So I have bought another Hoselink, the first held up so well and is still working perfectly 5years on, I dont know why I didnt just pay the money for a second Hoselink in the first place, you get what you pay for and in my experience Hoselink is hands down the best retractable hose reel on the market! I also love the new charcoal colour!

Hoselink products seems to be well made but badly designed. The thin hoses reduce water pressure, the connectors are rigid & gigantic (especially if you have to add additional adapters to use any other hose fitting you've ever had).Once you begin with Hoselink, you are hooked. You have to keep purchasing bits & pieces.A $3.90 'Click-on Adapter' (required to use any other hose fitting) costs and extra $7.50 for shipping!Hoselink claims to be 100% Australian but I think their very expensive, premium, products are mostly made in China or other 3rd World countries.I suggest you work out exactly what you need before you get locked in to an expensive, inflexible system that's far from perfect.
