“I no longer buy ANY other hose products as Hoselink are simply BETTER. I recently had a minor issue with a leaking O ring on a 3 year old hose reel - no questions, just a brand new replacement sent to me the next day. Why can't other companies understand that this is how you win customers for life (having the best quality products is also a plus).”
