“Great product. Purchased two 30m, one for the front affixed to brick the other out back which is cladding. If you’re affixing to brick you can put it anywhere. If affixing to a stud behind the cladding, the mounting bracket screw holes are wider than a stud. Therefore can’t affix the bracket anywhere, unless you’re ok with only affixing one side of the bracket to a stud or are handy and can whip something up or make your own post. I’ve had to purchase a mounting post which will fix the issue, just a bit more work with digging and concrete.”

I’ve been buying hardware store retractable hose reels at a cheaper cost. And of course I ended up with a less than desirable product that soon needed repair or replacement. So pay a bit more, get a far, far better product, with support and back up if I ever need it and the best part, I’m supporting Aussies.”
