“We purchased a Hoselink retractable hose in about 5 years ago and it is still going strong. We need another hose for the front yard so we decided to get a second Hoselink retractable hose…..hoping it serves us a well as the first one has.”
“The retractable hose reel is great and you can't get better, the only problem is if you want a replacement Hose that has been accidentally destroyed you Cannot buy a replacement hose or let's say you Need a 30m extension hose to add to it for a Special job it's not available that is very disappointing for a quality product and company.”
“Excellent product but really disappointed by the excessive amount of non recyclable packaging. One wonders why when the product is marketed as a robust all weather product it needs to be packaged in two pieces of Styrofoam with each fitting and fasteners enclosed in separate plastic bags. Surely in this modern world more thought can go into the volume and type of packaging used particularly for a product that is supposedly promoting a "green" approach to gardening. Will not buy any more products from this supplier, despite their quality, until they can convince me they will move to environmentally friendly packaging.”
