“Hi Hoselink.I recently spoke to your representative (lady) about my 30m hose that was leaking water. After describing the issue and the steps I had taken to rectify the leak, she said it needed replacing.True to her word, the new hose arrived within a week. I have installed it and all is fine.Throughout the whole process I was treated with perfect customer service, seeking only to find a solution to my problem without any difficulty. I was impressed. Many big companies would benefit from the attitude and skills of your representative.In terms of the hose, we (I am challenged in this area) have not taken it apart as yet to see where the leak was coming from as it could not be seen externally after removing the side panel. My mate who was helping me noticed that the central white cylinder was displaced and not sitting uniformly in its housing. It would not move back easily to a central position.
