“Very disappointed - did not have the necessary parts to even link it to the tap. It is installed but I cannot use it and don’t see why I have to order extra pieces at extra cost just to make it work. I should get Hoselink to come and take it away.”

“I ordered my first pack on 1st March, when it had not arrived on 14th, I called & was told to chase up with Australia Posit myself. I did & showed me it had stopped moving on the 7th. I called again the following week when I was told a new one will come out. Again I have received an e-mail from Australia post to say its delayed. I still do not have my purchase. Not happy .”
