“This is my second hose reel from you .This Hose reel is good , only thing I have noticed with this one it .doesn t wind right in and is very noisy when winding in . Also be better if you just increased price a little and provided adapter to use when spaying lawns and gardens with prefill container of weed spray that needs to connect to hose .”
“This was our second hose reel, first one we purchased we are pretty happy with. After ordering this one it wasn’t delivered so we had to follow up, when it did arrive it it was broken and had to chase up another one. The reps did promptly arrange a replacement for delivery. The last hose link reel came with the metal spray gun, these ones come with the plastic ones that seem to leak slightly and are not the best quality, but you can turn off just below the gun.”
“I have purchased a 25mtr retractable hose quite a few years ago and love it. The new one however leaks at the tap connection, and the spray fitting is a lot lighter and seems to be made of inferior material to the original. It appears to be plastic and the original was metal/plastic.”
“Easy to install, solid and works well. The only issue I have is with the unique connections, but if that's a big problem for you there are other alternatives”
“I was very disappointed the first time I used the hose it would not retract all the way and only pulled it out about 10 mts. And the side cover fell off its like it was a faulty one sent out to me. For the price I was very disappointed. I have to buy another one.”

There is a warranty period of two years on the unit therefore, you will not need to purchase another one.
