“Item received in good condition and installed without difficulty. The new spray connections are a vast improvement on the previous ones with the capacity to control the flow without returning to the tap. Much lighter and user friendly and I have already ordered two more spray connections for my other Hoselink reels.”
“I feel there should be a hose adapter supplied so I can still use my original machines eg boat muffs high pressure washer pond pump hose does not connect to any of these”
“Overall experience was extremely poor due to product availability, I order my product very early November but didn’t receive the product until late December. I kept receiving emails that my order would “likely be released the following Monday” but this never occurred and the company kept blaming the “change of warehousing systems” which was farsical. They were experiencing delays with shipping from overseas but couldn’t admit it.... unbelievably frustrating and their non-commital responses did help alleviate the anxiety of not receiving a product paid for in full? Not a great experience however we do love the product.... what a conundrum!”
“The overall performance of the reel is excellent. It does however, being a 30m hose, struggle to wind in fully and evenly onto the drum.The other thing I would say is that Hoselink should make it clear at the point of purchase that because of its proprietary connections it is not compatible to any existing sprinklers and guns and adaptors should be able to be purchased individually not In packs which is a waste.”
