“It’s not been used yet ,it’s a Christmas gift. Ask again at the end of January..I did buy an adjustable jet washer on 25/11/21 and I’ve had no notification of delivery. I’m hoping it is down for a delivery ,I cannot remember.”

“This was a replacement as the rewind mechanism had failed. I don’t remember if it always had the red tag warning not to let it snap back but to walk it back but it’s a good touch. I reckon that’s what I did wrong!Libby”
“Purchased the 30m retractable hose to add to my 20m one. Again delighted with the quality. So good not to have to worry about leaks or bursts. The build quality, spray gun and the hose quality is just top of the class.Their customer service left a bad taste in my mouth though. I believe I purchased at a time when they were undergoing major system issues resulting in long delays and no visibility of my order. Their customer service seemed stressed and very gruff in their responses to my follow ups. However I will still give them 5 stars as anything less would be a disservice considering how delighted I am with the hose.”
“We were really enjoying the use of the two 30m retractable Hoselink hoses that we had bought. The one of the hoses 9months after buying it would only retract 10m. This happened suddenly. We dont know what happened and we had been using it normally. This was disappointing. Hoselink replaced it very quickly after a phone conversation and some preliminary investigation on my part to try to see what what wrong. They agreed that the spring must have broken and quickly replaced it. Thank you Hose link. Just hoping that it will last at lot longer that the warranty now.”
