“The system worked well for the first year and then there were problems with the hose rewinding. This continued until it finally broke after 2 years and would not rewind at all. Your company was able to replace the system without the spray nozzle. I had trouble replacing the nozzle and it broke. so all was OK except the inconvenience and running around.”

“Really like the quick re-winding action and the ease of the hosereturning to the real.However I require a 30 metre real and purchased that length and not the bigger hose that only fitted 25 metres on the real.Maybe due to the stronger hose type the inside diameter is reduced and results in a lower volume of water compared to my previous hose.Otherwise a wonderful product.”
