“The replacement lever was however not the reason for the order, that was to purchase the 30 meter hose reel and sadly they are not what they used to be. The last one that I purchased had a light brown coloured nozzle that was brilliant, I see that the current ones are a plastic thing that I personally don’t have the same faith in. A backward move in my opinion. Never mind, I guess that is called progress. Otherwise order all good. Thanks. Ted.”
Hi Ted, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We have designed and manufacturing the new Spray Gun in-house therefore, can ensure its quality. We had endless problems with the Metal Spray Gun where you had to continuously service it and apply lubricant which we believe is not something that you should have to do. “The hose reel was purchased for in a carwash bay in our unit it block - we all find the the nozzle settings are not strong enough and the second was installed in our garden terrace area and the same you would be all day trying to water the garden.”

“Easy to use for me and I am sometimes hampered by wheelchair. No problem manoeuvring. Like the casing. No tripping over the hose. The spray is powerful and the brush is great. Have had great difficulty keeping my windows clean and clear of webs. The brush has fixed that problem. Terrific product all around! I love this outfit. Also reel keeps everything tidy in garden area. Very easy to operate.”
