“Just past the two year timeframe my hose reel failed and would not recoil past half way.on speaking to Hoselink l was told that the parts needed were not available and l was going to have to buy another unit.l was given a hundred dollars off the replacement so l bought it but lm left with a perfectly good hose l can no longer use.My understanding is that sellers and manufacturers had to be able to supply replacement parts for some years after purchase but clearly this is not the case with Hoselink.The recoil spring unit is the hardest working part in the hose reel yet you vCan’t buy it?I can buy one for my ten year old mower so l can only conclude that it’s a way to sell more units,very disappointed ,not sure l would buy another Hoselink reel.l also had leakage issues with the hand piece so again disappointing Your opposition gives a very generous replacement warranty so maybe l will try one of theirs next time.Geoff Bryan”
