“it was easy to mount on shed wall. one small problem when pulling out hose it was not aligned correctly and it was difficult to pull out for approx 5 mtr until it lined with spool. should have done this years ago. wifes words to me.”

“Because the reels are so good, i have bought three of them (different sizes). I had an issue with the spray gun one of them, sent in a video and a is there anything you can do about this email. The response was so customer centric (thanks Hoselink) - they apologised and immediately posted me another one - no if, buts or maybe. That's old fashion customer service right there. I have now just ordered another reel.”
