“I have purchased so many hoses over the years and they all failed for various reasons. However this bad boy is perfect. We have a large area to cover and need a 30 metre length hose. The problem was they can be quite heavy at that length making it hard to wind up, so we ended up just leaving it out and it looked messy. This hose is sturdy and the retraction feature is WONDERFUL!!!It’s also very easy to install.”
“G'day Overall happy with the reel etc but considering the extra expense compared to other hoses I would expect no problems. The connection to the nozzle with the rotating seal leaks both at the rotating point of the connection and also between the o rings where that connection attaches to the hose. We had left the tap on and in a couple of days there was a large pool of water that had leaked from that point. There is a white o ring and black o ring at that junction. The remainder of the hose has black o rings at each junction. The hose has been assembled correctly. It also pours water over your hand from the same point when watering. We would appreciate a replacement part.”
