“the product is great.however the follow up service and attention to detail needs much work. for a start our name was misspelt resulting in difficulty in following up on a phone call to ask why our second order was delivered but not the original.it took some time to be informed you were out of stock.one month later it arrived .this could have been avoided by fact checking spelling and a message re stock.”

As you can appreciate we have been experiencing massive delays with stock and the processing of orders during this time, like many companies. “I am so excited to have a hose with no holes, and one that reaches the top garden!! I’ve had a problem with trigger attachment exploding apart, and losing washers every time!! But the nice people at hoselink contacted me immediately,and have sent a replacement part!! Fingers crossed that all works now!!”
