And did not realise that the cover scratch on the brick due to the movment of the hose. Hopefully this can be consider as a improvement aspect in the future . Cheers”
“I’ve always liked Hoselink retractable hoses which is why I’ve bought six! However I’m very disappointed that the spray gun no longer has the Flush option. It’s a brilliant option, different to all the rest and the one I use most because of the way the water tumbles gently out, allowing the user to leave the hose around the roots/trunks of plants. I was told when I phoned to query this, that the “Full” function on the newer spray gun is the same, but it certainly is not the same. I bought an additional spray gun with my most recent order for a 30m retractable hose. If you still have guns available with the Flush option, I would like to replace both the new one I bought and the one on the retractable hose. I look forward to hearing from you. “This product is very sturdy and impressive. Feels amazing to use. One tiny suggestion, a slightly longer piece of hose to run between the reel and the tap. I know you sell extenders but I ended up having to install in a dubious spot due to how short the hose part was. It probably wouldn’t cost a lot to include a couple of extra meters of hose and would make installation easier if you haven’t fully planned it out before purchase. It’s not like you can pop out to bunnings to get it when you realise. But loving the product.”
