“I really love my new hose. the installation instructions were simple and accurate. This is the first hose I have had that doesn't leak from any of the joins. The delivery was fast.Roll it out, water, toll it back = simple and neat. Suggestions: 1) Less plastic packing. It would be great if all of the packing could have gone into the compost bin.2) I was offered a 5% discount with a expiry, it would have been good if it didnt have an expiry (for use on next purchase.”
“I purchased two (2) identical Reels about eight (8) years ago and had no problem until 10 months ago when the 'feeding arm' mechanisim failed in one of them.This new Reel that I have just purchased (to replace the broken Reel) is no where as good in comparison to my earlier Reels for the following reasons:a) The return spring mechanisim is no where near as strong and results in having to carefully and repeatably hand feed the hose back into the housing.b) The multi spray nossle is off a much less quality standard than my previous nozzles.c) The water sprays from the nozzle is less in quantity and strength.Overall I am very disapointed with this current product.”
