“When I saw your adds for this product I thought it would be just the thing for me as I am a very senior woman and have been very frightened that I would trip on my tangled hose. I had a “ handy man” install my Hoselink for me and I could see that is indeed a great product. Unfortunately I had not done enough research. I am 86 years old and very arthritic and had not realised how heavy the hose fitting would be.I congratulate you on your product but unfortunately will not be able to use it.”
“The hose is great but the bolts you supply are not very strong. We bought 2 30 m hose and reel within a month and both lots of bolts snapped so we bought new bolts to finish the job. It is a shame to have a great product and cheapen it with cheap bolts.”
