“when I received the hose reel I found it very hard to get the small tap connector insert out. I needed to use the larger size. I had to make a phone call to you to ask what to do. I was afraid that it was in so tight and I would break it. My suggestion is that you have the adaptor as a separate addition in the packing. And that you explain what it is. I also was disappointed that I missed out on the bonus Ned Kelly set, as I had ordered my husbands father's day gift a couple of weeks before it started. But it was for father's day. Overall my husband and I love the hose reel.”
“Swift response and fast and free delivery. Pleased with product but disappointed it is not made in Australia. I recommend the product because it is of a much better quality than others (but more expensive) I had viewed in hardware stores, plus the fact that a small problem I had with a leak in the nozzle head was very quickly rectified by a replacement, no questions asked.”
