“overall the product is great. have bought two and both work really well. only one issue and it is with both units. the locking lever at the end of the hose is not very robust and both have broken in half.Apart from this they are a great product. I will purchase more in the future and will have to purchase the replacement levers.”

“Ordering, delivery, setup and operation, all easy. I did have a fixed tap with a male metal click on end, but that is a pretty non standard position so I purchased some third party fittings. I doubt that would make a business case to include in your packages, but thought you might like to hear the unusual feedback.”
“I have a smaller retractable hose reel in my back yard for years and have been very pleased with it before deciding to purchase a second larger unit for the front yard. they have both operated faultlessly and the hose is both easy to pull out and lock and to retract. The only issue I have had is the plastic handle on the flow control end fitting, they have both broken possibly as a result of the handle going brittle from a combination of age and sunlight and also rough handling on my part. A metal flow control handle and and it would have been 5 stars”
“Generally good. The flow rate through the hose is not to the amount expected. It would be good if the data provided for the hose sizes indicated the expected flow rates that might be anticipated as a guide to future purchasers.”
