Takes twice as long to water garden and wash car.I even phoned and asked the operator if this 30mtr would be suitable for me and was assured it would be ample for my needs.I wish now i had gone with my gut and bought the 25mtr high flow reel instead.”
Hi Peter, Sorry to hear you are having issues with the water flow rate with your 30m hose reel. Our customer care team do try and advise as best they can however without seeing the water pressure or getting the PSI details, it can be difficult. Remember, we have a 30 day money back guarantee on all our products therefore if the item is not suitable, we are more than happy to organise a free return label and process an exchange for you. “I bought 3 different length retractable hose reels which came with a handle held nozzles.Whilst the retractable hose reels are very good the hand nozzles are beginning to leak an spray water over everywhere. 2 of the 3 are still acceptable but one is now virtually unusable.Do you sell / provide an “o-ring” kit that I can use to address this problem ?There doesn’t appear to be anything wrong with the rest of the nozzle hardware.This feedback is only aimed at the nozzle. I’m pleased with the hose reels.”

From the picture, it definitely looks like the o-ring has become damaged inside, easily fixed with our spray gun repair kit.
