“To be totally honest here. I was looking forward to buying. But there was issues with money. Issues with produces. But to be very fare here, they sort every issue i had straight away. I just think that they need to be more consistent. Overall, it's still a very good product. Except the hose reel covers. They fade straight away form the sun.”
“We already have a 30 m Reel at the rear of our house and a different brand of reel attached to our water tanks. The water tank one is lumpy and hard to pull out and then it almost drags you off your feet as it retracts. My wife uses these mostly, and it was becoming difficult for here to use, so we bought the new Hoselink 30 m reel knowing the quality and ease of use that she needed. we are very happy with the Hoselink reels and attachments.”
“I have a problem with the hose guide on one of my Hoselink hoses.Hoselink posted me a new plastic cog with instrutions on how to replace it but as I am an elderly person living in a retirement village I have no access to the tools needed to fix my hose..This doesn't put me off Hoselink. They are a great company.”

“Hose reel works well as I expected This is the 3rd hose reel purchased. My only comment is for the 30M hose reel I needed a 3m connection to the tap - 2M was not sufficient. Overall a great product”
