“I have a perfectly good 30m Hoselink hose with all accessories but the retraction spring is not working. When I spoke to support they said Hoselink does not sell that replacement part & up sold me to a new system when the only thing wrong was the retraction on the 3 year old version. I have a total of 6 Hoselink systems over 3 properties so I think they are pretty good but I am very disappointed with this latest interaction. Cheers Bill Mobbs”

Unfortunately the spring is one of the few things that cannot be replaced within our hose reels. Our faults rate on all our products is always under 1% therefore, it is very unusual for these issues to occur. Due to the problem not being repairable, our customer care team have offered you a substantial discount on a replacement even though you are outside of the warranty period. “I have been using Hoselink retractables for more that 15 years and cannot fault them. I recently purchased two units for our local community hall and, again I am extremely happy with them. There is, however, one aspect that could need attention. These new hoses had to be mounted in a public access area and, as such needed to be secured from theft. There is provision for the insertion of a padlock at the base of the unit although the hole supplied is too small for most sturdy padlocks. I found it necessary to enlarge the hole to fit a reasonable sized padlock. This really is a niggly little criticism for what is overall a wonderful product and I thank Hoselink for seeking my opinion.”
“product very good, but misleading advertising/ email. Had a order in my shopping cart online with a bonus gift, received a email stating that i hadn't completed my purchase, take a further 5% off. Then I put through the purchase, the bonus gift removed. Went on a online chat the person wouldn't take it any further as it's in the term and conditions. This should have been noted more clearly on the email sent out.”
