“I did have a problem of leakage with my original Hoselink, but after contacting the company the Hose reel was replaced. I am extremely happy with the reel. It is very easy to use and produces a good flow of water.I also installed another one for one of my daughters and it also works brilliantly.”
“The hose is a good length. Reaches our whole backyard, but it kinks alot! And its quite heavy to pull all the way out. If it kinked less it would be amazing, super annoying having to walk back and undo 3 or 4 kinks everytime you use it”

“In general I found the hose and reel to work fine. My only disappointment is that the hose keeps linking in 2 places. The kinks occur not far from the start. Also the shower setting is too wide. I would prefer a more concentrated shower”
“Hi I am not certain if you have seen my message about the new hose kinking as I have not had a response. In fact, this morning while watering i felt that if the house had the distances marked on it ie:10, 15,20, 25 metres then I do not have to undo it all if the plants I need to water are a certain distance.
