“Disappointed that no lateral rollers are in the exit/entrance point for the hose. Makes it almost impossible to unreel hose to one side. An option for a corner mounted hose reel bracket I think would be a good move.”
“The first time I used my new Hoselink, the hose only came out a few feet and wouldn’t budge any further. It was twisted inside. I had to get help to finally allow the hose to come free. I chose to buy a Hoselink because it appeared to be the best on the market. It hasn’t made watering my garden any easier after all because it won’t lengthen as I walk, I have to stand and pull the hose and pull it, then as I walk away it stops and pulls itself back again. I am very disappointed.”
