“This is my second Retractable Hose Reel. I was very happy with the initial purchase, my only criticism was that the nozzle didn't swivel. This wasn't enough to stop me buying another one though. My second reel was delivered today and the good news is that the nozzle now has a swivel fitting which makes a fantastic product even better.”
“Only had it for a couple of months. It performs nicely and makes watering a lot easier. There is some questionable build quality inside the hose reel, the drum is sealed with what looks like clear packing tape. Early review, take with grain of salt. 3 stars due to build quality and price point. I would change to 4 if it doesn't break for a couple of years.”
