I love that you can easily extend or retract to what ever length you need dependent on where you are in the garden and the flow control is a great little function that surprised me (no more deliberately kinking the hose to reduce flow or going back to the tap to adjust the flow). I would recommend purchasing the 'Click-On Adapter Set' so that you can use with your older / existing garden accessories as I did, that is until I start upgrading with the hoselink accessories :)”
“So excited to get this hose reel just two days and was delivered only to wait a few weeks before I could get a drill powerful enough to go 50mm into concrete plus purchase a 12mm drill bit , so i get it out da box put it up than the nozzle pops off and won't stay on and realise broken piece at end on inside so still can't use yet and too make things worse it's a week and no replacement part due to delays.”
