“I like the quality of the product. It is pretty easy to install and straight forward. With the 30m hose, I could go around the house watering. The flow control is very simple and effective with no leakages allowing tap turn on/off operation at the nozzle.”

This is a very welcome change to the other retractable hose I have (and will soon replace!) made by another manufacturer where I used to either wrench my shoulder pulling the hose out, or wasted time trying to get it to retract - which it never did fully.”
“my Hose link reel works a treat, and then old saying (you get what you pay for) is absolutely true in this instance. I recently purchased 2 hose reels from a reasonably well known brand at Bunnings,the first failed after a couple weeks and was replaced, it fared little better and both were returned. It was then that i looked at the higher end of the market and decided that higher end also meant the pricing as well, having had hose link fittings for a long time and being impressed by their quality looked at the hose reels and found price wise there was an advantage to purchasing a Hoselink reel it was cheaper than i imagined compared to main stream brands with batteries etc. I have had the reel for a couple of month now and it hasn't missed a beat it stops where i want and not where it wants, and the return is as smooth and full as required.I fully recommend this unit and if you are a bit short of the readies do yourself a favour and save up a little longer to get what i reckon is the best. And no I do not work for this company.”
