“I just wanted to pass on my feedback about the 30m Retractable Hose Reel the i recently purchased online, the service was first rate, the delivery time was amazing, it arrived with a few days, i ordered two 30m Retractable Hose Reels, one arrived and it was communicated to me that the other was on it's way, and it did arrive shortly after the first. i have now used both reels and they are just fantastic, smooth to pull out it locks every time without fail, and is super simple to retract, one small pull on the hose and away it goes back into the reel, one of the other things that i like so much is the speed it retracts, it's gentle movement makes it so easy to use.
