“We purchased our hoselink product at Floriade in Canberra. As we live on the mid north coast, and would not be home for about a week, we asked that delivery be delayed for a few days. Many days went by, we rang and were told that it would be delivered soon, then rang again when it still didn't come. Apparently someone had entered the wrong delivery date on the request. However it finally came and all is now good - just a human error glitch I guess.”
