“Hoselink hose reels are designed as closed, sealed units. Neither the customer nor the manufacturer can access the mechanism inside. So if anything goes awry inside, the entire plastic contraption must be dumped into landfill. This is completely unconscionable in this day and age. The company espouses ‘Green’ credentials but that is pure green-washing. Laughable considering they are in the business of hoses. So beware - if your hose suddenly leaks after two years, your very large investment is dumped along with your hose onto the humanity’s ever growing scrap heap. Shame on Hoselink!”

“It is solidly built. Not flimsy. The hose is firm with the right amount of flex and despite my best efforts, tangled free, which I like. Understandably more expensive than the rest but well worth it.”
