“We are over the moon with the generosity showed to us by Hoselink. After the fire on 8-11-19 our property was badly damaged and two new hose reels we had not fitted were destroyed. Hoselink offered us if we bought two more they would give us two free of charge. These reels are now placed around our house block giving full coverage against another fire. Just this month, October 2023 we reported a failure of two of our reels not rewinding and again Hoselink without hesitation replaced the two reels for the cost of the postage only!!We cannot recommend Hoselink, an Australian company, any higher. “This is the 2nd hose reel I have purchased, I love all the hoselink products. When receiving this hose reel there was an issue with it being damaged in transit. The hoselink staff arranged for all to be replaced straight away. This company have always been so helpful and their products are the best. Have been using them for over 20 year, when I bought my first hose connection, and have used them ever since”
“I love this product which will make my life easier. I bought extra attachments to lengthen the hose when needed. Also bought the two-way tap so that I could connect the hose reel to my rainwater tank as well as a normal hose that I use. I haven't used all of the joiners yet.
