“I found the company to be very responsive to my questions and the delivery was efficient. Unfortunately I still haven’t found anyone to install it for me and it is still gathering dust in my garage! Wish installation was available in Brisbane.”

However, we have started to note every postcode where we have customers interested therefore, this could all be changing soon. “Received our purchase very quickly. Once installed, however, we were dismayed to find that it was seriously leaking from somewhere inside the mechanism. After checking the trouble shooting guide we found that the problem could not be solved, so I sent pictures and a heartfelt plea to Hoselink to see if it could be fixed. Within 24 hours, I received an email apologising for the inconvenience and telling me that a new one was on it way. Indeed it arrived within a few days and after promptly installing it, we found that it is working like a charm. No more leaks and it does the job beautifully. Highly recommend”
