“This hose reel has not been the best one, side cover IE the circular part with the hose reel. name on it falls off when the hose is retracted, this particular hose reel kinks up quite often and at times it’s hard to retract. This is my third or fourth hose reel all have been excellent except this one, I think because I got a discount it’s a second, I could be wrong, as I said not as good as all the others I’ve had.”

“By far the best retractable hose I've used. Doesn't kink, locks I in place everytime,and the fittings both ends are first class they don't pull apart or leak. You can leave your tap on and be happy that it won't blow out”
“Good so far. I have it bolted to a frame and would have liked the screw-hole recess to be a little larger to accommodate a 13mm socket (hey, not a biggie!!).”

“shower mode is weak, so not good enough to watering lawn, center mode is strong but it only has 4~5 water stream so it's not good enough, vertical mode is too misty. can't find the proper mode to watering lawn and garden”
