“I ordered a 30m hose at the end of November 2021 when I planted along my front fence line. I already have 3 and have enjoyed them across my 3 acres for years now. I was prepared to carry water to the new plants until the hose arrived. UNFORTUNATELY I was still trecking backward and foreward with a watering can late in January. I had to ring and question about my order twice. Trouble is, I have invested so much money in the set up that I have to stick with it now. The product is good but the service was lousy!”
