“I was very disappointed to learn that the hose reel can't be padlocked to the pole.. rendering it useless because our front yard is open and will get stolen. Customer service suggested I have to manually drill a hole in the pole myself.. not great considering I've spent $300.”
“The hose reel doesn’t not retract the hose, you constantly need to pull the entire hose out and try to feed it back in. The hose fitting blew off and left a flood of water. Its not the quality we expected from Hoselink. Have you changed where this product is being manufactured recently?”
